Established in 2012, Chilly White has gone from having a single ice cream tricycle serving at local events to providing a variety of special event catering services throughout the country. We continue to grow and strive for serving perfection.
We’re based in Herefordshire and work closely with event planners, venues, hotels, caterers and private clients across the UK to provide a bespoke and fun-loving service.
Our Top Scoop, Paul, has always been mad about ice cream. His grandfather would take him to the ice cream factory where he worked, and from that point on he dreamed of ice cream. He had one goal in life – to start an ice cream business!
The name ‘Chilly White’ comes from a nickname given to the inside of the ice cream tricycles back in the 1950s. It felt fitting to honor those ice cream traditions and so Chilly White was born!
Chilly White now offers over 24 food & drink services all derived from classic Pashley No33 tricycles hand-built in Stratford-upon-Avon UK.

Sustainability
We love the nostalgia our trikes bring but recognise the importance of sustainability in this day and age, especially in our trade. We do everything in our power to make sure that all of our services are provided with sustainability in mind. From compostable glasses to the companies we source our ingredients from, sustainability is always key in any decision we make.

Our passion for sustainability goes hand-in-hand with the choices we make when it comes to the quality of our ingredients. All of our food and drink is something that we would be happy to serve at our own table as we only use the best ingredients coming from businesses with high-quality values themselves.

People come to us because they want something extra special for their event. We are not a run-of-the-mill catering service and that is evident not only in our food but also in our attention to detail and service that we offer. We make sure that you can relax as we take the hassle out of event catering for you.

We’re happy to travel anywhere the food or drink takes us – we’re not ones to sit around and love travelling all over the country, so please ask!
